Arenal Volcano and Coter Rainforest
Leaving the hotel early in the morning, you'll enjoy the gorgeous landscapes that surround Lake Arenal before arriving at Coter Forest Reserve. There, you'll take a relaxing walk with a naturalist guide, who will offer the perfect introduction to our tropical forests. Along the path you'll be able to spot and learn about different types of trees and the rich flora that comprise these forests. After the walk, you'll enjoy a delicious Costa Rican lunch.
In the afternoon, you'll continue to the hot springs, where you can bathe in thermal waters set amid manicured tropical gardens. Imposing Arenal Volcano looms in the background, keeping everyone's attention by offering frequent eruptions. Early in the evening you'll start heading back to Guanacaste.

Authentic Horseback Riding

Canopy Tour
You'll begin a short journey through several small villages. These
settlements will give you the chance to combine adventure with culture as
you arrive at the site where the canopy experience begins. Using special
safety equipment, you'll travel through the treetops and riverbanks, between
platforms set high above the ground. At each platform you'll be able to
stop, rest and take in the gallery that this dry forest offers. If Mother
Nature cooperates, even howler monkeys might share this unforgettable
experience with you.

Costa Rica 's Wonders
Palo Verde National Park is a wildlife sanctuary. The refuge offers a fantastic chance to see crocodiles, monkeys, and thousands of birds. This is a must-see for nature lovers. The park is composed of different life zones, rivers, and a lake that forms during the rainy season. After touring the park, you'll take an interesting trip through the Matambú Coffee Plant's facilities, where you'll learn about the different processes for making coffee, from planting to treatment to recycling waste. You'll also learn about this area's coffee production, which is unique in Guanacaste, as well as the indigenous and rural cultural values of the region. Hanging bridges in the rainforest “EXTRAVAGANZA”
You'll head to the foothills of Tenorio Volcano to a private nature reserve. Along the paths of the reserve you'll participate in an active walk through the rainforest where you'll have the chance to see the forest from a totally different perspective by walking along four hanging bridges. The ferns, trees and exotic plants that you can only see in the interior of the forest will delight you. At the end of this experience, you'll head to the restaurant where you'll enjoy a traditional lunch and, if it's clear, a great view of Lake Nicaragua .

Nicaragua , Volcanoes and Colonial Cities
The gorgeous vistas of Maderas and Concepcion volcanoes grace your eyes. The volcanoes are located on one of the largest freshwater islands in the world. Later, you'll visit one of Nicaragua 's most active craters, on Masaya Volcano. There, you can enjoy the geological beauty and admire the vegetation that surrounds the area. Afterwards, you'll stop for shopping at Masaya's indigenous market, where you can find some of the region's finest handicrafts.
From there you'll move to Granada , where you'll step back in time. This is Central America 's oldest European-founded city. More than 20 colonial-era churches sit throughout the city of centuries-old colonial buildings.
