From my comments during my trip with you, I am sure that you know that I had a great time and was extremely happy with the quality of the service that you provided. However, it is only now that I am at home that I can fully appreciate how lucky I was to travel with you in Costa Rica.
It is very seldom that I write this type of letter, but given the superlative quality of my experience with you I felt compelled to let you know how grateful I am for the diving trip you booked for me and the trip that you led to the Arenal area. Traveling with you was like traveling with a close friend. You treated me like a guest in your home and always ensured that I was provided with the highest level of service and the most “genuine” experience possible. You made sure that I saw every “point of interest,” yet at the same time avoided the other tour groups so that I felt like I was the only traveler visiting Costa Rica. You and your company did an amazing job, and I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone interested in traveling in Costa Rica. As far as I am concerned, you are the best in your field!
Although I am sorry that my vacation is now over, I am so very happy that I got a chance to meet you and experience Costa Rica in your company. I am very much looking forward to seeing you again soon, and am already planning my next trip with your organization.

¡Pura Vida!
We stayed in Costa Rica for 9 days, all arrange through your Operation. El Ocotal is phenomenal! The Dive crew is knowledgeable, and most importantly, FUN! Bari, Yoyo, Fernando and Eduardo…..all fantastic! The rooms are wonderful, and the Stuff is great. Then you drove us to Arenal, and the room (Definitely the “Rain Man” Suite!!) then the sky tram-awesome-then the white water!! You are a wonderful host!! And your knowledge of the area is so great! I will use your outfit again, and recommend it highly to others.
