Subject: Costa Rica Trip.
Greetings.

Just a note to let you know how absolutely fantastic our 25th anniversary trip was to Costa Rica. Villa del Sueno was exactly the type of small, intimate place that Diane and I prefer. The personal service by Carol, Mark, Carla, Caesar and others was genuine. The food was very good, even with Silvia on vacation.

Diving Safaris had a couple of large groups this week so they were very busy, but that did not hinder their good service to me. I enjoyed their personnel and diving. Rolando of Costa Rica Dive many not be the most famous or largest of tour services, but he is the best I’ve ever been around for truly 1sr class service, attention to details and a great personality. We hit it off really well and we felt like he went out of his way to make our very short 2 days with him as enjoyable as possible. He even came up with a very nice anniversary card for Diane. That was a very nice and unexpected touch. He proved to be trustworthy, reliable and accurate in his commentary and presentation.

Diane and I enjoyed the trek to Fortuna River Waterfalls. We will go back there some day before too long.

The rafting with Costa Rica PaddleSports was exceptional as well. It was just the two of us with David, Jimmy and Tony and they gave us the personal and professional attention we desired plus having a very biological commentary during the trip. We were pleased that Rolando had us rafting on the Sarapiqui River. It seemed to be very clean. The final night at the Grano de Oro was perfect well.

By the way, I have referred Carl and Caren Humphreys of Grand Praire, Texas to you. They were staying at the same hotel in Playa Hermosa with almost the same itinerary but were not satisfied at all with their tour arrangements. They were very surprised, as were we, when Rolando showed up the late afternoon prior to our tour to sit down with us and go over arrangements for the next twp days. They may call in the future.

In addition, Nacy and William Seales of our small town, Maplesville, have asked for info on you. They both dive, as do their 2 teenage daughters, and are looking for a good, guiet and safe novice destination such a Grand Turk or Bonaire to take their children sometime this summer.

Anyway, thanks again for the good job with Costa Rica. We loved the Country.
