Dear Rolando,

Sandy and I had the most wonderful time traveling with you in your beautiful country. I was pleasantly surprised when we met with you for the first time and you made us feel like family. You seem to know all of the best places to eat and all of the friendliest people. We never would have seen the intriguing sights along the way and had the adventures in those hard to get to places without your guidance. We both appreciated your insight into Costa Rican culture and the opportunities to experience and enjoy local treasures.

We have traveled extensively and we both agree that Costa Rica has got to be one of the best places in the world for people who are seeking adventure and beautiful surroundings in one package. There was not one day that was not completely fulfilling. We packed so many fun things in this trip that I still cannot believe we accomplished it all. You knew just where to go and when to be there to see all of the local wildlife.

Traveling in April allowed us to have the beaches and resorts of Guanacaste to ourselves. The trees were all in bloom like Virginia in springtime and the weather was sunny and hot.

We especially enjoyed our excursion with Arenal Canopy Tour. It made for a wonderful morning of great sights with the perfect mixture of high adrenaline. The horseback riding and seven platforms provided hours of fun in the rainforest. At all times we felt relaxed and safe because of the professionalism demonstrated by the operators.

Another great time was our whitewater rafting trip on the Sarapiqui river. I have been on several rafting trips including the Snake river in Hell’s Canyon, Idaho, but my wife was going for the first time. We were looking for an exciting trip without fearing for our lives. Not only did we have a blast on the rapids, we thoroughly enjoyed the company of our guide and the unspoiled natural surroundings. We had the best looking boats and
equipment on the river and they gave us a feast for a picnic lunch. On that day of rafting I did not want for anything and had one of the best days of our vacation. My hat’s off to Costa Rica PaddleSports.

We are looking forward to returning to Costa Rica for more good times and adventure and would like to thank Rolando and COSTA RICA DIVE for providing such a high quality vacation.
